    Chief Operating Officer for growing Silicon Valley Law Firm Infinity Law Group LLP is seeking an experienced and strategic Chief Operating Officer (COO) to oversee the firm's business operations, drive organizational growth, and partner with firm leadership to execute its long-term vision. As a member of the executive leadership team, the COO will ensure the firm's operations, people, and business systems support exceptional client service, operational excellence, and sustainable growth. The COO will oversee all non-legal business functions, including finance, human resources, marketing, information technology, facilities, and administrative operations. This role is responsible for improving efficiency, developing high-performing teams, implementing scalable processes, and providing strategic leadership that enables the firm to continue growing while maintaining a collaborative and high-performing culture. The successful candidate is an experienced business leader with a strong operational background, exceptional leadership skills, financial acumen, and a passion for building organizations. Responsibilities: Partner with the Managing Partners to develop and execute the firm's strategic vision, operational initiatives, and long-term growth objectives. Oversee all non-legal business operations, including Human Resources, Finance, Marketing, IT, Client Services, Facilities, and Administrative functions. Lead the firm's AI and technology strategy by identifying, implementing, and optimizing legal technology, automation, and artificial intelligence solutions. Develop scalable operational systems, policies, and processes that improve efficiency, accountability, and profitability. Oversee financial planning, budgeting, operational metrics, and performance reporting to support sound business decisions. Enhance the client experience by improving operational workflows, communication, and service delivery. Develop and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), dashboards, and data analytics to measure organizational performance and drive continuous improvement. Evaluate business opportunities, technology investments, vendor relationships, and operational risks to support the firm's long-term success. Champion organizational change initiatives and position the firm as a leader in modern legal operations and innovation. Qualifications: • Education Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Operations, Management, or related field required. • Experience MBA, JD, or other advanced degree strongly preferred. Minimum of 10 years of progressive leadership experience in operations, business management, or executive leadership. Minimum of 5 years leading multiple departments or business units. Experience within a law firm or professional services organization strongly preferred. Proven experience managing organizational growth and operational transformation. Experience leading an organizational change initiative. Compensation: $160,000 - $200,000
