    This role will be responsible for

    • Overseeing daily banking operations including tellers, bookkeeping, deposit operations, and IT functions.
    • Developing and implementing operational strategies aligned with strategic organizational goals.
    • Ensuring regulatory compliance with OCC, FDIC, FFIEC, and state banking laws.
    • Driving process improvement, technology integration, and cost optimization across operational units.
    • Partnering with executive leadership on strategic planning, budgeting, and organizational development.
    • Establishing and monitoring performance metrics to ensure operational excellence.

    A qualified candidate will possess the following

    • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field (MBA preferred).
    • 10+ years of progressive experience in banking operations, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
    • Strong understanding of banking regulations, financial products, and operational best practices.
    • Proven track record in managing large teams and delivering strategic operational improvements.
    • Excellent leadership, decision-making, and interpersonal communication skills.
    • Experience with core banking systems, digital platforms, and customer experience optimization.
