We’re partnering with a high-growth, global product organization seeking a Divisional Vice President of Global Sourcing to lead and scale its international supply chain strategy.
This is a transformational leadership role responsible for building a best-in-class sourcing network that drives profitability, speed-to-market, compliance, and long-term sustainability across global markets.

What You’ll Own
Global Sourcing Strategy
Design and execute short-, mid-, and long-range global sourcing strategies aligned to revenue and margin targets
Build scalable supplier networks across Asia and key manufacturing regions
Optimize total cost of ownership (TCO) across cost, freight, lead time, quality, and reliability
Partner with Sales, Merchandising, Finance, Design, Logistics, and Operations to deliver seamless client outcomes
Operational Excellence & Analytics
Develop sourcing dashboards, KPIs, and supplier scorecards
Implement governance frameworks for RFPs, bid processes, and contract management
Drive digital enablement, automation, and process improvement across the sourcing function
Partner with Finance on budgeting, forecasting, and cost modeling
Supplier & Compliance Leadership
Build and manage strategic global vendor partnerships
Lead contract negotiations and supplier performance reviews
Ensure alignment with ethical, environmental, and social compliance standards
Oversee audits, corrective action plans, and SLA accountability
Executive Leadership & Team Development
Lead a global team of 5–7 direct reports across multiple time zones
Build organizational capability, succession plans, and scalable team structure
Champion culture, accountability, and change management
Communicate clearly with executives, stakeholders, and client-facing teams
What We’re Looking For
12+ years of progressive global sourcing and product development experience
7+ years leading multi-country teams
Proven success scaling compliant sourcing networks across Asia and global manufacturing hubs
Strong financial acumen (budgeting, forecasting, cost modeling)
Executive presence with the ability to influence senior stakeholders
Experience implementing sourcing governance, KPIs, and continuous improvement frameworks
Bachelor’s degree required | Master’s preferred
Scope & Impact

Shape the future operating model of the sourcing organization
Directly influence profitability, margin expansion, and supply chain resilience
