Who We’re Looking For
We’re hiring a Chief Operating Officer (COO) to oversee firm operations and support the continued growth and performance of our team. This is a full-time, W-2 leadership role ideal for someone with strong business acumen, excellent people management skills, and experience in professional services—especially within the legal field.
You’ll be responsible for ensuring the firm runs efficiently, strategically, and in alignment with our values. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment, know how to manage moving pieces, and have the drive to turn vision into action, we’d love to meet you.
What You’ll Do
Oversee firm-wide operations, systems, and workflows
Collaborate with ownership and department heads on strategic initiatives
Manage firm KPIs, reporting, and performance tracking across departments
Lead and support cross-functional teams (admin, HR, finance, marketing)
Ensure compliance with legal, financial, and HR standards
Support recruitment, onboarding, and retention strategies
Optimize internal processes to improve efficiency and performance
Identify growth opportunities and help develop scalable systems
Guide resource planning and budget execution in collaboration with Leadership
What You Bring
Proven experience in an operations leadership role (COO, Director of Operations, Firm Administrator, etc.)
Strong understanding of law firm or professional services operations
Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills
A strategic mindset and ability to drive execution
High emotional intelligence and people management ability
Comfort with data, reporting, budgeting, and process design
Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with Clio or similar systems is a plus
A proactive, hands-on approach with a desire to make meaningful impact
