Chief Operations Officer – Special Strong Integrator | Operator | Team Leader

We’re hiring a mission-aligned Chief Operations Officer (COO) to serve as the integrator and right hand to our CEO. This senior leadership role is based on-site at our headquarters in Allen, Texas, and is responsible for executing the company vision, leading day-to-day operations, and driving franchise-wide performance.

You will oversee all departments, coach key leaders, and ensure operational alignment using EOS (Entrepreneurial Operating System) principles. This is a high-impact role for a strategic executor who thrives in a fast-paced, high-accountability, purpose-driven environment.

Compensation

Base Salary: $8,500/month ($102,000 annually)

Monthly and Annual Performance-Based Bonuses

Key Responsibilities

Partner directly with the CEO to drive company vision, strategy, and execution

Lead and manage all teams: franchise support, training, ops, marketing, and finance

Run Level 10 meetings, set priorities, and drive EOS accountability

Execute strategic growth initiatives and national expansion plans

Ensure operational excellence across all franchise locations

Own and optimize systems, processes, and tech adoption

Lead KPIs, financial performance, and cost control efforts

Create a high-performance culture of accountability and mission alignment

Qualifications

5+ years in executive operations or multi-unit franchise leadership

Strong experience with EOS / Traction as an integrator or similar role

Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and scale systems

Track record of driving performance, profitability, and operational clarity

High emotional intelligence, strong leadership, and team development skills
