    We are seeking a Chief Operating Officer (COO) to serve as the right hand to our CEO/Rainmaker and lead the operational side of the business. This is a full-time, in-office leadership role for a proven business operator who thrives in fast-paced, high-performance environments and knows how to turn vision into execution. Responsibilities: • Build, implement, and optimize operational systems across all departments • Drive accountability through performance tracking, reporting, and coaching • Oversee financial performance, budgeting, and profitability metrics • Lead hiring, onboarding, and development of team members and department leaders • Partner with the CEO to execute strategic growth initiatives and business planning • Ensure all team members are operating in clearly defined roles with measurable outcomes • Identify bottlenecks and inefficiencies, and proactively implement solutions Qualifications: • Proven experience scaling a business or leading operations in a growth environment • Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage, coach, and hold others accountable • High-level strategic thinking combined with hands-on execution ability • Financial acumen with experience managing budgets and profitability • Systems-oriented mindset with a track record of building and improving processes • Data-driven decision maker who uses metrics to guide business strategy • Excellent communication skills with the confidence to collaborate and challenge leadership Compensation: $80,000
