    Pozek Group is looking for a results-driven and innovative Chief Operations Officer (COO) to join our dynamic team in Orlando, Florida. As a leader in real estate operations, you’ll play a critical role in optimizing our systems, empowering our sales team, and driving business growth. If you’re a systems master with a passion for efficiency and a proven track record of operational excellence, we want to hear from you. Compensation • Base Salary: $140,000 - $160,000 • Expected First Year Earnings: $210,000 - $215,000 Responsibilities: System Development & Management: • Build, implement, and manage systems for transaction coordination, communications, financial management, and marketing. • Document all processes and standards in an Operations Manual and video tutorials. Team Leadership & Development: • Recruit, hire, train, and hold accountable administrative staff and sales agents. • Oversee onboarding and training for new and existing agents. • Lead accountability meetings and provide mentorship to team members. Operational Oversight: • Maintain financial systems, including payroll, budget management, and financial reporting and insights. • Oversee all contracts through closing and manage transaction processes. • Develop and maintain all action plans, training programs, and operational accountability tools. Marketing & Sales Support: • Manage company marketing strategies and processes. • Track sales performance and ROI for lead systems. • Mentor agents to meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales goals. Strategic Growth: • Implement new systems to enhance efficiency and support business expansion into additional sources of business and grow our strategic partnerships. • Collaborate with the leadership team to develop strategies for long-term success. Qualifications: • 5-10 years of proven experience in operations management, preferably within the real estate industry. • Strong leadership, team-building, and communication skills. • Exceptional problem-solving abilities and a proactive attitude. • Expertise with financial management and operational tools; Microsoft Excel etc. • In-depth social media and social media marketing knowledge. • Track record of achieving goals and improving systems. • Project management experience is preferred. • People management skills and experience are required.
