We have a unique opportunity for a strategic Chief Operations Officer to join us on our journey to transform our bold ambitions into a reality! This is an ideal opportunity for a strategic thinker and a great leader with an entrepreneurial spirit and a growth mindset to join us as our first Chief Operations Officer. This position will be responsible for developing and implementing business strategies to develop and grow our $8MM+ business to the next level.

We offer a compensation package with significant earning potential and career growth opportunities. This includes an annual salary of $110,000 - $125,000 plus a profit-sharing plan. In addition, we also offer health insurance, a Simple IRA plan with company match, company vehicle, a Paid Time Off program and a positive work environment.

Requirements for the Chief Operations Officer role:

• Bachelor's degree in a business-related field required, master's degree preferred;
• 5+ years of leadership experience, including experience achieving results through other leaders;
• Experience developing and executing a strategic plan for an organization of $8MM+;
• Strong understanding of financial statements and EBITDA growth strategies;
• Experience building an organizational culture and development of strategies to support an outstanding work environment;
• Excellent time management and organizational skills;
• Strong problem-solving and strategic planning skills;
• Excellent communication, both written and verbal.

Our Chief Operations Officer will be driven and comfortable in a fast-paced, growing company where they will have the ability to map out the growth plan to our next annual marker of $10-$12MM. The key goals for this position include:

• Developing and executing strategies to reach revenue growth goals each year;
• Achieving profitability goals with year-over-year increases in net income margins;
• Creating and executing the financial strategies of the organization;
• Creating a positive team culture to drive a great work environment;
• Leveraging data and metrics to monitor key measures of daily operations and to drive the strategic plan for the organization;
• Coaching and developing the members of the leadership team to achieve results and refine processes;
• Defining and implementing processes to ensure a positive client experience.
