About the Role
Shred Vault LLC is an early‑stage, rapidly growing company providing secure, traceable and environmentally friendly document destruction options to consumers and businesses. We are looking for a hands‑on Chief Product Officer (CPO) who enjoys building as much as leading. You will lead the executive team to align and execute overall company strategy in support of long-term growth objectives through product development.
This is a player‑coach role. You will define product strategy while personally driving roadmap development, product decisions, and launches.
What You’ll Do
Own product strategy and roadmaps across consumer (B2C) and business (B2B) product lines
Lead key product initiatives from concept through launch
Roll up your sleeves. As part of a small team, you will be filling many positions across strategy, planning, and execution. Along the way you will build out a team, mentor staff, and scale Shred Vault’s product capability
Partner closely with Shred Vault’s engineering organization to coordinate timelines and align resources for priorities, scope, and delivery
Lead product positioning, launches, and performance measurement
Manage and develop intellectual property with legal counsel
Use data to guide decisions and continuously improve product outcomes, including evolving business intelligence and reporting
