    Our Clients team is growing fast and looking for a Chief Revenue Officer to help take their revenue operations to the next level!

    Join CenterPoint Group, a rapidly scaling procurement services company trusted by Fortune 500 brands like Victoria's Secret, Ulta, and 30+ others. CenterPoint Group offers white-glove group purchasing and consulting to billion-dollar enterprises.

    As their CRO, you will drive and own revenue growth while building and mentoring a high-performance sales team. This role is ideal for a hands-on sales leader who loves closing enterprise deals, mentoring future leaders, and wearing multiple hats in a dynamic, high-growth environment.

    This Role Includes:

    • Revenue Leadership: Own company-wide revenue generation across all business lines; set targets, build forecasts, and hold accountability for results.

    • Sales Execution: Join high-value client calls and close deals directly, while coaching and leading high-performing sales team.

    • Team Development: Lead, mentor, and expand a team of 4–6 sales professionals; instill a culture of accountability, resilience, and smart deal qualification.

    • Go-to-Market Expansion: Identify and activate new channels (agent/referral programs, conferences, partnerships) to drive enterprise pipeline growth.

    • Client Engagement: Establish credibility with C-level executives at Fortune 500 and mid-market companies; ensure CenterPoint is positioned as a trusted partner, not a vendor.

    • Cross-Functional Influence: Collaborate with leadership on marketing, software strategy, and operational initiatives; operate as a business owner, not just a sales exec.

    Qualifications

    • Proven success in a VP of Sales or CRO role in B2B or SaaS/services environment
    • Experience closing large, complex deals with $1B+ organizations
    • Exceptional leadership and team-building capabilities
    • Hands-on approach: not afraid to lead from the front and join sales calls
    • Strong ability to build systems, track KPIs, and drive accountability
    • Confident communicator, comfortable navigating high-stakes conversations
    • Background in procurement, operations, or enterprise services preferred
    • Experience in high-growth and entrepreneurial environments is a plus
