This growing global leader in sustainable building envelope solutions is seeking a Chief Revenue Officer to lead the charge in scaling its U.S. expansion. The Chief Revenue Officer will be critical in supporting growth targets and driving new revenue strategies.
Responsibilities:
Develop and execute a national revenue growth strategy focused on scalable market penetration and long-term expansion.
Build and lead a high-performing sales team targeting commercial and institutional sectors including higher education, aviation, and government.
Oversee integrated marketing efforts, driving demand generation and establishing the brand as a leader in green building technology.
Lead partnership development with construction firms, real estate developers, and public agencies to drive large-scale adoption.
Manage expansion across U.S. markets, initially targeting the Northeast and Southeast regions.
Ensure customer retention and satisfaction through a strong client success framework.
Use data and CRM platforms (Salesforce, HubSpot) to optimize revenue performance and forecasting.
Recruit and mentor cross-functional teams aligned with aggressive revenue goals.
Collaborate with executive leadership to ensure alignment with production capacity, financial planning, and product innovation.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree required; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
10+ years in senior B2B revenue roles, with 5+ years in a VP or C-suite position.
Proven success scaling revenue 5X+ in hardware, cleantech, or construction-related sectors.
Strong experience in renewable energy, solar, or building materials industries is highly preferred.
Demonstrated success managing complex sales cycles and entering new global markets.
Skilled in sales leadership, team-building, strategic partnerships, and demand generation.
Experience with CRM tools and data-driven decision making.
Compensation:
Base salary in the 200k - 280k/year range
