    The Chief Technical Officer (CTO) is responsible for leading the company’s technological vision, strategy, and execution. The CTO will oversee all aspects of technology development, innovation, and infrastructure, ensuring alignment with the company’s overall goals and long-term business strategy. This role requires a forward-thinking leader with strong technical expertise, business acumen, and the ability to inspire and manage high-performing technical teams. Responsibilities: Technology Strategy & Vision • Develop and execute the company’s technology roadmap in alignment with business objectives. • Identify emerging technologies that can enhance the company’s products, services, and efficiency. • Drive innovation and foster a culture of continuous improvement and experimentation. Leadership & Team Management • Build, lead, and mentor engineering and IT teams to ensure operational excellence. • Promote collaboration between technical and non-technical departments. • Implement best practices for agile development, system architecture, and project management. Product Development & Innovation • Oversee the design, development, and deployment of technology solutions and products. • Ensure scalable, secure, and high-performing architecture for all platforms and systems. • Partner with Product, Operations, and Marketing teams to ensure technology meets customer and business needs. Infrastructure & Security • Maintain robust cybersecurity protocols, data privacy, and system reliability. • Oversee infrastructure and cloud management to ensure uptime and cost efficiency. • Manage relationships with external technology partners and vendors. Business Alignment & Growth • Collaborate with the executive team to align technology initiatives with financial and operational goals. • Provide technical insights for strategic decisions, partnerships, and investments. • Represent the technology function in board meetings, investor presentations, and strategic planning sessions. Qualifications: • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree preferred. • 2 years of experience in technology leadership. • Proven track record in scaling technology infrastructure and leading cross-functional teams. • Strong background in software engineering, systems architecture, and product development. • Experience with cloud technologies, cybersecurity, and emerging technologies (AI, ML, data analytics, etc.). • Excellent communication, leadership, and strategic thinking skills.
