Impact Scale is a fast-growing fintech and performance marketing company revolutionizing how lead generation and data monetization work. With proven products and bold ambitions, we're building the infrastructure to own and scale our internal lead platforms, AI-driven tools, and proprietary tech. We're looking for a visionary CTO who’s not just a builder, but a system-level thinker who can scale technology, lead teams, and architect the future of our platform.

The Role:

As CTO, you’ll be the strategic and technical leader of Impact Scale. You’ll work closely with the founders and core leadership team to architect scalable internal systems, launch high-impact MVPs, and lead the evolution of our AI and automation infrastructure. Initially hands-on, this role will evolve into a high-leverage leadership position focused on scaling both tech and team.

What You’ll Do:

Own our internal lead platform development, lead routing, and tracking infrastructure

Scale backend systems that support tens of thousands of daily events and data records across SMS, email, and AI voice platforms

Drive AI integration, working with tools like Play AI, Twilio, and other voice/data APIs

Build and evolve MVP products across fintech, credit repair, and data monetization

Ensure compliance, security, and data governance best practices are baked into everything we build

Recruit, mentor, and scale a world-class hybrid tech team, starting with outsourced and shifting to in-house talent

Collaborate cross-functionally with product, marketing, and operations to ship fast, iterate, and win

Stay on the pulse of the latest technology stacks and tools to ensure we stay ahead of the curve

What We’re Looking For:

Experience building and scaling platforms in lead gen, fintech, SaaS, or martech

Proficiency or fluency in modern backend development (Node, Python, etc.) and infrastructure scaling

Deep understanding of AI agents, Twilio/SMS/email systems, and automation tools

Strong systems thinking and architectural mindset

Proven experience leading and growing teams

A passion for execution and product velocity

You’re local to Vancouver, WA, and excited about working in-office 3 days a week

Nice to Haves:

Experience in credit, lending, or regulatory tech

Background in startup environments or venture-backed tech growth
