Our client, a rapidly growing proprietary trading firm handling hundreds of millions in trading volume, is seeking an Executive Vice President of Technology to lead and scale its high-performance, near real-time trading platform. This individual must combine executive strategic leadership with hands-on technical expertise in C#, low-latency systems, and cloud architecture.

We are looking for an Executive with:

• Proven executive tech leadership experience in high-growth tech companies ($500M+ valuation) or Fortune 500 Financial Services or Trading companies.
• Demonstrated success building and leading large-scale technology organizations, including engineering, DevOps, QA, and product teams across multiple geographies
• Deep knowledge of C# with recent hands-on experience.
• Extensive expertise in building high-performance, scalable architectures focused on high frequency transactions, high availability, and low latency.
• Advanced knowledge of code architecture for high-transaction payment systems and API integrations
• Strong experience with cloud architectures (e.g., AWS, GCP, Azure) and containerization (e.g., Kubernetes).

This role includes:

• Strategic Leadership: Define and execute the technical strategy to scale the global near real-time trading platform, ensuring high availability and low latency.

• In-House Team Building: Recruit, expand and lead an in-house digital, AI and technology team (engineers, DevOps, QA, etc.), choosing the structure and location (US or global) to support scaling.

• Platform Integration & Optimization: Partner with the leadership team to integrate, modernize and further enhance the security of our platform and tech landscape.

• Architecture & Scalability

• Performance Benchmarking: Stress-test the platform, establish SLAs, and implement monitoring for low-latency, high-throughput operations.

• Investor Confidence: Articulate the technical strategy to stakeholders, supporting valuation and partnership goals.
