Summary: The Chief of Staff (also known as an executive administrator or chief executive assistant) is the right-hand & strategic thought-partner focused on planning, organizing, executing the Chief Executive’s initiatives with efficiency, excellence & effectiveness ensuring organizational alignment.
The Chief of Staff exists to free the Chief Executive’s time managing the organization’s daily operations by actively engaging personnel to accomplish strategic goals & directives keeping the Chief Executive briefed.

Responsible for excellent, efficient & effective organizational operations including & not limited to leading personnel, internal & external communications, ministry operations, worship experiences planning, calendar management & vendor management.

General Educational Requirements:
Associate's degree or higher preferred, but not required

General Spiritual Requirements:
Be a Christian for at least two years
Be or will become a faithful, tithing Harvester
If the head of household, lead their families according to 1 Timothy 3:4-5 - "One who rules his own house well, having his children in submission with all reverence (for if a man does not know how to rule his own house, how will he take care of the church of God?)
General Training Requirements:
Successfully complete The Apprenticeship: School of Servant Leadership
