    About the Role

    The Chief of Staff serves as a trusted advisor to the CEO, translating organizational vision into actionable strategies and ensuring alignment across all departments and divisions. This role requires a balance of high-level strategic thinking, operational oversight, and strong interpersonal skills to drive clarity, accountability, and collaboration across the leadership team.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Define, implement, and monitor KPIs for all organizational divisions.

    • Provide strategic insights, analysis, and recommendations to support executive decision-making.

    • Monitor organizational performance, identify inefficiencies, and develop solutions in collaboration with senior leadership.

    • Track strategic projects to ensure deliverables are met on time.

    • Facilitate communication and alignment between executive leadership, department heads, and other stakeholders.

    Qualifications

    • 7–10 years of progressive leadership experience in healthcare, business, or nonprofit settings, including direct exposure to executive decision-making and board processes.

    • Bachelor’s degree in health administration, business, public health, or related field required (Master’s preferred).

    • Equivalent combinations of education and experience will be considered in lieu of strict degree requirements.

    • Demonstrated experience leading cross-functional initiatives and driving organizational performance.
