The Role

We're hiring a Chief of Staff to work directly across company strategy, operations, go-to-market execution, hiring, and product. This is a high-trust, high-impact role for someone who thrives in fast-moving environments, uses strong independent judgment, and wants visibility into nearly every part of an early-stage company.

If you like pairing strategic thinking with hands-on execution—and you enjoy solving problems that don't come with a playbook—this role offers real ownership and long-term leverage.

What You'll Do

• Drive execution across company strategy, operations, and product–GTM alignment
• Translate high-level goals into clear workstreams with ownership and follow-through
• Own cross-functional projects that don't yet have a clear home
• Build systems and processes that help the company scale
• Interface with care providers, customers, and external partners
• Keep the company focused, coordinated, and operating at a high bar
• Support hiring and development of key leaders and operators

Travel will be required.

What We're Looking For

• 3+ years of professional experience (startup, strategy, consulting, product, ops, or adjacent roles)
• Highly self-directed and organized; comfortable owning open-ended problems
• Strong judgment and ability to operate with ambiguity
• Clear belief in Meela's mission and desire to work on something meaningful
• Comfortable with fast pace, high ownership, and wearing multiple hats
• Strong written and verbal communication skills

Nice to Haves

• Experience at an early-stage or high-growth startup
• Prior Chief of Staff, operations, founder, or product experience
• Exposure to GTM, sales, or customer-facing work
• Degree from a competitive academic institution
