    Our client, a global investment management firm, is seeking a Chief of Staff to partner closely with its most senior leadership. This role supports two top executives and serves as a trusted extension of their offices, overseeing complex professional, operational, and administrative matters.

    This is a rare opportunity for a seasoned professional who excels in high-stakes environments, brings exceptional judgment and discretion, and can confidently manage complexity, competing priorities, and sensitive financial information. The Chief of Staff will provide structure, continuity, and strategic support across a wide range of responsibilities.

    The role operates on a hybrid schedule, with up to three days in the office, and flexibility for additional remote work when senior leadership is traveling.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Plan and coordinate monthly investment meetings, including communications, attendee management, logistics, and post-meeting follow-through

    • Anticipate upcoming priorities by maintaining close alignment with internal and external stakeholders

    • Own complex scheduling and calendaring, proactively identifying conflicts and aligning priorities

    • Serve as a primary point of contact by managing inbound communications, triaging requests, and responding to internal and external inquiries

    • Oversee administrative processes related to investment documentation, including openings, closings, and amendments

    • Coordinate detailed domestic and international travel arrangements, including flights, accommodations, transportation, and related logistics

    • Integrate and manage professional, personal, and philanthropic calendars in close coordination with stakeholders

    • Plan special events, manage projects, and execute time-sensitive or high-priority requests

    • Oversee administrative workflows including mail management, outbound correspondence, and call routing

    • Coordinate financial, legal, tax, and other confidential documentation and filings

    • Manage executive expenses and ensure timely and accurate submission of expense reports

    • Support personal financial administration, including banking activity, account transfers, tax documentation, and liaison with accountants

    • Maintain accurate business and personal contact databases

    • Manage insurance policies and claims submissions

    • Provide administrative support related to shared business initiatives, including scheduling, financial coordination, and guest logistics

    Ideal Candidate Profile

    • 5+ years of experience in a Chief of Staff, senior Executive Assistant, or comparable role

    • Demonstrated experience supporting Chairman-, Vice Chairman-, or C-suite–level executives

    • Proven ability to manage confidential financial matters, banking activity, and sensitive documentation

    • Background in financial services or investment management strongly preferred

    • Exceptional attention to detail with strong follow-through

    • Executive presence with the ability to manage diverse personalities and competing priorities

    • High emotional intelligence, discretion, and sound judgment

    • Strong proficiency in standard office and productivity tools

    Compensation & Work Environment

    • Base salary range: $150,000–$165,000

    • Total compensation may include a discretionary year-end bonus and comprehensive benefits

    • Hybrid work model with flexibility based on leadership travel
