About the role: As Chief of Staff, you will serve as a strategic right hand to the CEO, helping Solen operate and scale efficiently. You will manage high-priority initiatives, streamline cross-functional execution, and ensure alignment between headquarters and our portfolio companies. This is a highly visible role that blends strategy, execution, and leadership.
The successful candidate will work from Utah, USA / on-site.

Key Requirements:
10+ years of experience in management consulting, investment, corporate development, or operational leadership within high-growth software or M&A environments.
Strong strategic and operational execution skills, with a track record of driving complex projects.
Fluency across functions: finance, operations, legal, and talent.
Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to distill complexity and build alignment.
High discretion, judgment, and ability to manage sensitive information.
Adaptability and ownership in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
Familiarity with SaaS financial metrics (ARR, churn, LTV) and financial modeling.
Experience supporting or leading post-acquisition integrations.
Willingness to travel occasionally between Utah, New York, and other Solen offices (Toronto, Lisbon etc,).
