    Child/Adolescent Psychiatrist

    • Part-time schedule within a Monday through Friday, 8:30am-4:30pm timeframe
    • No on call responsibilities!
    • No weekends!

    Essential Job Responsibilities:

    • Provides direct psychiatric care for a diverse clinical population, including psychiatric evaluations and medication management in an outpatient setting.
    • Works closely with a multidisciplinary treatment team and community liaisons.
    • Collaborates with medical providers to develop working relationships that promote shared approaches to the evaluation, treatment planning and monitoring of mental health conditions.
    • Provides supervision and clinical oversight to nursing staff and Master's level clinicians.

    Education Requirements:

    • Valid MD and certificate of prescriptive authority in PA
    • Board Certification in Child/Adolescent (preferred)

    Rate of Pay:

    • Hourly rate of pay based on experience, board certification, etc

    Credentials:

    • PA Child Abuse History Clearance (Act 151)
    • PA Criminal History Clearance (Act 34)
    • FBI Clearance through the Department of Human Services: Use service code 1KG738
    • Educational Documentation: Official Transcripts
    • Psychiatrist- Child/Adolescent
    • PA certificate of prescriptive authority
