Who We Are Looking For:
A professional who specializes in working with children and adolescents (bonus points if you work with clients and families navigating the Autistic Spectrum and other neurodivergence)
Clinicians with prior outpatient/private practice experience
Therapist that possesses a terminal licensure (LMSW, LPC, LLP, LP); transitional licenses (LLMSW, LLPC, TLLP) are NOT being considered for this position
A provider able to practice with autonomy, but enjoys being within a framework of communication, support, and consultation

What You Will Be Doing (all the typical therapist things):
Evaluate mental health diagnosis, create, and implement a treatment plan, complete ongoing documentation including further diagnosis, treatment plan reviews, and case notes according to company policy in an outpatient setting
Provide excellent customer service for clients and collaborate with a dynamic team to further the mission of filling gaps in our community
Participate in marketing and outreach activities meant to serve the community and grow your referral base
Utilize creativity in interventions to help clients achieve and exceed goals
Prepare and submit individual documentation for each session per company guidelines and protocol
Achieve and maintain a caseload of 25 client visits per week
Coordinate services with case managers, families, work personnel, medical personnel, other Ellie staff, and school staff as needed
Opportunity for mentoring and supervisory positions as they arise

What We Require:
Candidates are required to have a master’s degree in one of the behavioral sciences or related fields from an accredited college or university.
Candidates must have be a LMSW, LPC, LLP, or LP at the time of hire (transitional licenses are not being considered for this position).
Experience with completing diagnostic assessments, treatment plans, and clinical case notes
Effective written and verbal communication skills
Ability to demonstrate and model stable, appropriate boundaries with clients
Ability to complete and submit documentation of services and other paperwork in a timely manner
Comfort and familiarity working with a diverse client base
Proficient in the use of Office 365 and Electronic Health Record systems (Valant experience a plus!)
