Responsibilities
Serve as a welcoming point of contact for families, staff, and visitors
Support enrollment, scheduling, and daily center operations
Maintain accurate records, forms, and documentation
Assist with communication to families and staff (emails, messages, reminders)
Support compliance with licensing, health, and safety requirements
Assist leadership with reports, data tracking, and administrative tasks
Collaborate with directors and teaching staff to ensure smooth daily operations
Maintain a clean, organized, and professional front office environment
Uphold confidentiality and professionalism at all times
Qualifications
Must be 18 years of age with a High School Diploma or GED
1–2 years experience in a licensed childcare setting or administrative role preferred
Strong organizational, communication, and computer skills
Experience with childcare management software a plus
CDA or coursework in Early Childhood Education is helpful but not required
