Childcare Aide – Now Hiring!

We are looking for a caring, dependable, and energetic Childcare Aide to join our team! If you have a passion for working with young children and enjoy being part of a positive, supportive environment, we would love to meet you.

Requirements:

Must be at least 16 years old

CPR and First Aid certified (or willing to obtain before start date)

Must meet Minnesota DHS aide requirements

Experience working with infants, toddlers, or preschoolers preferred

Patient, nurturing, and dependable

Position Responsibilities:

Assist the lead teacher with daily classroom activities

Support children with learning, play, meals, and transitions

Maintain a safe, clean, and organized classroom

Supervise children to ensure safety at all times

Build positive relationships with children, families, and staff

Follow center policies and Minnesota licensing guidelines
