About the Role:
Join Bright Beams Academy as a Child Care Assistant Director in Redmond, WA, where you will play a pivotal role in nurturing young minds. This exciting position offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic environment focused on growth and development. Need to be fully in merit with a state certificate or equivalent to assist the new school with our grand opening and launch procedures.
A center director must meet the following qualifications: (i) Be at least eighteen years old; (ii) Have an ECE state certificate or equivalent as approved
Responsibilities:
Assist in managing daily operations of the child care facility.
Support the Director in implementing educational programs and curricula.
Supervise and mentor staff to ensure high-quality care and education.
Communicate effectively with parents and guardians regarding child development.
Ensure compliance with licensing regulations and health standards.
Assist in staff recruitment, training, and performance evaluations.
Promote a safe, nurturing, and engaging environment for children.
Participate in community outreach and marketing initiatives.
Requirements:
Associate's degree or higher in Early Childhood Education or related field.
Previous experience in child care or education leadership roles.
Strong understanding of child development principles and practices.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work collaboratively with staff, parents, and the community.
First Aid and CPR certification preferred.
Passion for fostering a positive learning environment for children.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
