The Learning Experience – Manasquan is seeking an experienced Child Care Center Director to lead our preschool. This leadership role is ideal for someone passionate about coaching teachers, supporting families, growing enrollment, and creating a positive, high-quality learning environment.

Responsibilities:

Lead daily center operations

Coach and support teaching staff

Drive enrollment and family engagement

Ensure licensing compliance

Oversee curriculum implementation

Qualifications:

Meet New Jersey Director licensing requirements

Bachelor's degree, CDA, or equivalent Director qualifications

Minimum 12 ECE credits

State-required Director credentials
