Responsiblities:

Plan and prepare meals following USDA guildlines and nutritional standards.

Manage food inventory, ordering, and budget to maintain cost-effective operations.

Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitations regulations in the kitchen and dining areas.

Train and supervise kitchen staff to maintain efficient meal service.

Work closely with childcare staff to accommodate dietary restrictions and allergies.

Maintain records of menus, foodpurchases, and compliance reports.

Develop creative and appealing menus that promote healthy eating habits for children.

Qualifications:

Experience in food service management, preferably in childcare educational settings.
