Responsibilities:

Oversee daily operations of the childcare center to ensure a safe and stimulating environment.

Develop and implement engaging educational programs that meet the needs of children.

Lead, mentor, and support staff to foster a collaborative and effective team.

Maintain compliance with state regulations and licensing requirements.

Communicate effectively with parents and guardians to build strong relationships.

Manage budgets and resources to ensure the financial health of the center.

Conduct regular assessments to evaluate children's progress and program effectiveness.

Promote a positive culture that encourages creativity and growth for both staff and children.

Requirements:

Proven experience in a childcare leadership role, with a passion for early childhood education.

Strong knowledge of state regulations and best practices in childcare.

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Ability to manage multiple priorities and work collaboratively.

Degree in Early Childhood Education or related field preferred.

CPR and First Aid certification required.

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Positive demeanor and a commitment to fostering a nurturing environment.
