Responsibilities:

Develop and implement age-appropriate lesson plans that foster learning and development.

Create a safe, welcoming, and inclusive environment for all children.

Monitor and assess children's progress and provide feedback to parents and guardians.

Collaborate with colleagues to enhance the overall educational experience.

Maintain a clean and organized classroom, ensuring safety and compliance with regulations.

Communicate effectively with parents regarding children's development and daily activities.

Participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities.

Requirements:

Experience working with children in a childcare or educational setting.

Strong understanding of child development and learning theories.

CPR and First Aid certification required or willing to obtain.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.

Passion for nurturing and educating young children.

Background check clearance required prior to employment.
