Job Summary

Are you seeking a rewarding career that involves making a difference in the lives of children each day? If you answered yes, then you might be the perfect fit for the Child Care Teacher position at Alfa Insurance.

As a Child Care Teacher, you will play a vital role in supporting the Alfa Child Care Development Center. You will be responsible for planning and administering daily growth and learning activities for an assigned group of children by utilizing weekly lesson plans. In addition, you will assist children as they develop appropriate habits of eating, dressing, napping, etc.

Responsibilities

Direct and primary responsibility for an assigned group of children at the Alfa Child Care Development Center each day.

Must follow policies established by State Department of Human Resources Minimum Standards for Day Care Centers and Nighttime Centers: Principles, Regulations, and Procedures.

Qualifications

High school diploma or GED required.

Candidate must be at least 19 years of age.

Experience in childcare preferred but not required.
