Responsibilities

Plan activities that are developmentally appropriate

Use a daily and weekly schedule

Maintain an age appropriate classroom

Evaluate children to ensure they are reaching developmental milestones

Communicate with parents and update them on their children’s activities

Qualifications

Previous experience as a childcare provider/teacher

Strong understanding of child development

Patient, kind, and nurturing

Excellent organizational, communication, and time management skills

First aid/CPR certified
