Inspira Counseling Center is a growing group practice providing compassionate, culturally responsive mental health services to individuals and families throughout Western Massachusetts.
We are seeking a clinician interested in working with children, adolescents, families, and women recovering from trauma to join our team providing in-person therapy services at our West Springfield office.
Both licensed clinicians and license-eligible master’s-level clinicians are encouraged to apply. Supervision is available for clinicians working toward independent licensure.
Responsibilities
Provide therapy to children, adolescents, and adults
Support clients experiencing anxiety, trauma, and life transitions
Collaborate with parents or caregivers when clinically appropriate
Maintain timely clinical documentation in the electronic health record
Participate in supervision or clinical consultation as appropriate
Qualifications
Required
Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or related field
Licensed in Massachusetts (LMHC, LICSW, LCSW) or license-eligible clinician working toward licensure
Ability to provide in-person therapy sessions
Preferred
Experience working with children, adolescents, or families
Interest in trauma-informed therapy
Training or interest in play therapy or CBT for youth
Spanish speaking ability is a plus
Compensation
$40–$50 per clinical session depending on licensure and experience.
