    Location: Rotating between 3 Burn Boot Camp locations Reports to: Director of Support and Child Watch Leads Hours: Minimum of 6 camps per week + 6 office hours (non-CW times) Classification: Part-Time

    Position Summary:

    The Multi-Site Child Watch Manager is responsible for the leadership, development, and operational excellence of the Child Watch program across three Burn Boot Camp locations. This leader ensures consistency, quality, and alignment of programming, team development, and communication across all gyms, maintaining a safe and engaging environment for children while supporting gym operations.

    Key Responsibilities:

    Leadership & Management:

    Provide LMA (Lead, Manage, and hold Accountable) oversight to all Child Watch Leads.

    Facilitate weekly 1:1 meetings with CW Leads and the Director of Support and Communication (DSC).

    Lead weekly team development meetings for all CW staff, focusing on training, updates, and alignment.

    Write and send weekly communication emails with key priorities and action items.

    Manage and delegate workflow tasks efficiently across all locations.

    Team Development:

    Foster a high-performing, collaborative, and positive culture across all CW teams.

    Lead hiring efforts and conduct interviews for Child Watch team roles.

    Oversee onboarding and ongoing training to ensure team members uphold the highest standards of childcare.

    Provide coaching and professional development for continued team growth.

    Program Development & Alignment:

    Design and implement monthly lesson plans used consistently across all three locations.

    Collaborate with CW Leads to customize and implement lesson plans effectively.

    Maintain program alignment by ensuring consistent standards of safety, engagement, and developmental activities.

    Schedule and facilitate team intervisitations to share best practices and improve program quality.

    Operations & Quality Control:

    Fill open shifts as needed to support consistent staffing and service delivery.

    Conduct regular site visits to assess safety, cleanliness, staff engagement, and policy compliance.

    Ensure a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for children at each location.

    Collaborate with gym leadership to ensure Child Watch is seamlessly integrated into the member experience.

    Scheduling:

    Rotate weekly schedules among all three gym locations based on operational needs.

    Maintain a minimum of 6 camps per week and 6 office hours (outside of CW-scheduled camps).

    Qualifications:

    Proven leadership experience in a childcare, education, or youth program setting.

    Strong communication and organizational skills.

    Ability to lead, motivate, and develop a diverse team across multiple locations.

    Passion for delivering high-quality care and developmental experiences for children.

    Flexible, proactive, and solution-oriented mindset.

    CPR and First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain).

    Background check required.
