What You’ll Do

Provide individual and group therapy for children, teens, and families

Develop and manage treatment plans and documentation

Maintain a caseload of 25–30 clients (full-time)

Collaborate with a dynamic, mission-driven team

What You Need

Master’s degree in a behavioral health field

Active Maryland clinical license

Experience working with children, adolescents, and families

Comfort with diverse populations and EHR systems

Compensation $68,000–$90,000 per year (full-time), depending on experience and caseload.
