What You’ll Do

Provide therapy for youth and families

Develop and manage treatment plans and documentation

Maintain 25+ (full-time) sessions a week

Collaborate with a dynamic, mission-driven team

Support clients using creative and culturally informed approaches

Complete some case management & administrative tasks

What You Need

Master’s in a behavioral health field

Active Virginia clinical license (LPC, LMFT, LCSW, etc.)

Experience working with children, teens, and families

Strong clinical documentation and communication skills

Comfort with diverse populations and EHR systems

Ability to pass a background check

Preferred

Supervisor-eligible

Bilingual or certified in youth-focused modalities

Familiarity with local community resources
