About the Role:

Join Ellie Mental Health as a Child and Adolescent Therapist in Latham, NY, where you will make a meaningful impact on the lives of young individuals. We are looking for compassionate and skilled professionals to provide therapeutic support in a collaborative and innovative environment.

Responsibilities:

Conduct individual and/or group therapy sessions for children and adolescents.

Utilize evidence-based therapeutic techniques to address mental health challenges.

Develop and implement personalized treatment plans in collaboration with clients and families.

Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client progress and treatment outcomes.

Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings to ensure comprehensive care.

Provide crisis intervention and support as needed.

Engage in ongoing professional development and training opportunities.

Foster a safe and supportive environment for clients to express their feelings.

Requirements:

Master's degree in Mental Health Counseling, Psychology, or a related field.

Valid state licensure (LMHC or LMFT).

Experience working with children and adolescents in a therapeutic setting.

Strong understanding of developmental psychology and mental health disorders.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
