    We are looking for a passionate and dedicated Child and Adolescent Therapist to join our growing team in Latham, NY.     Responsibilities:

    Provide individual therapy services to children and adolescents using evidence-based treatment modalities

    Conduct comprehensive biopsychosocial assessments and develop individualized treatment plans

    Collaborate with families, caregivers, and school systems to support clients' overall well-being

    Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in compliance with HIPAA and agency standards

    Monitor client progress and adjust treatment approaches as clinically appropriate

    Participate in team meetings, case consultations, and ongoing clinical supervision

    Build a safe, trusting therapeutic environment that supports youth mental health and development

    Requirements:

    Master's degree or higher in Counseling, Psychology, or related field

    Active or eligible New York State licensure (LMHC or LMFT)

    Active or eligible for Diagnostic Privilege

    Experience working with children, adolescents, and families in a clinical setting

    Proficiency in evidence-based modalities such as CBT, DBT, TF-CBT, or play therapy

    Strong communication and collaboration skills with multidisciplinary teams

    Ability to manage a caseload and maintain timely clinical documentation

    Compassionate, culturally competent, and trauma-informed approach to care
