Our team of professionals works collaboratively to foster a warm, supportive, and inclusive environment for both clients and staff. We are currently seeking a Master's-level counselor who is passionate about working with children and adolescents.

    Position Summary: We are looking for a licensed or license-eligible mental health professional to join our team as a Child & Adolescent Therapist. The ideal candidate will have experience providing individual and/or family therapy to children and teens dealing with a range of emotional, behavioral, and developmental issues.

    Key Responsibilities:

    Provide individual and/or family therapy to children and adolescents

    Conduct biopsychosocial assessments and develop treatment plans

    Collaborate with parents, schools, and other professionals as needed

    Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation in accordance with legal and ethical standards

    Participate in team meetings and clinical supervision

    Maintain confidentiality and professional boundaries at all times

    Qualifications:

    Master’s degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field

    Licensed or license-eligible in Michigan (e.g., LPC, LCSW, LMFT, LLP)

    Experience working with children and adolescents in a clinical setting

    Strong knowledge of evidence-based therapeutic practices (e.g., CBT, play therapy, trauma-informed care)

    Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

    Ability to work independently and as part of a team

    Preferred Qualifications:

    Experience with school collaboration

    Training in play therapy, TF-CBT, or similar modalities
