Who is Ellie? Ellie Mental Health provides excellent compensation, benefits, training and flexible scheduling. We provide centralized administrative, IT, referral and inquiry support; scheduling, client/therapist matching, billing and collections as well as CEU opportunities. Responsibilities and Duties
Full-Time status clinicians maintain a caseload of a minimum of 25 client visits per week; how and when you make that happen is up to you. Want to serve more? You do you.
Build a schedule that works for you and includes opportunities for in person AND telehealth visits for your clients. We operate on a hybrid model which means you can conduct your sessions remotely or in the office.
Evaluate mental health diagnoses, create and implement a treatment plan, complete ongoing documentation including further assessment, treatment plan reviews and case notes, according to company policy. The usual.
Utilize creative interventions to help clients achieve and exceed goals. Seriously! Get creative. We are here for it!
Provide excellent customer service for clients by collaborating with an internal dynamic team (including med management) and communicating with external providers (case managers, medical personnel, school staff, etc) to further the mission of closing the gaps of care in our community.
Attend and participate in clinical staff meetings and trainings - and get paid while you do it!
Required Qualifications and Skills
Candidates are required to have completed a master’s degree in one of the behavioral sciences or related field from an accredited college or university
Candidates should have, or be pursuing, clinical independent licensure (LMFT, LPC, LISW, etc)
Experience completing DAs, treatment plans and clinical case notes
Effective written and verbal communication skills
Ability to demonstrate and model stable, appropriate boundaries with clients
Ability to complete and submit documentation of services in a timely manner
Ability to discuss and collect outstanding balances with your clients
Proficient in the use of typical office technology and electronic health record systems
Ability to pass a background check
Experience with working with families is a plus, willingness to work with families is needed
Interest in engaging with the community
