Job Summary We are seeking an experienced and energetic Child Care Assistant to join our team! You will be working alongside a Teacher to encouraging children’s intellectual, psychological, and physical growth. The ideal candidate is nurturing, patient, and creative. If you have a passion for helping children learn and reach their potential, we want to hear from you!

Responsibilities

Work as a team to provide quality care

Create and conduct classroom enrichment activities

Provide meal time assistance

Help with classroom house keeping to keep the classroom clean and organized

Assist Teachers in observations to insure children are meeting developmental milestones

Communicate with staff, students, and their families

Qualifications

Previous experience as a childcare provider is beneficial but not required. Training is provided.

Strong understanding of child development and a desire to continue to learn

Patient, kind, and nurturing in nature

Excellent organizational, communication, and time management skills

Willingness to take all required trainings
