Job Description
We are seeking a Placement Coordinator for our office in BRISBANE, CA. Work hours are either 10:30AM - 7:00PM OR 10:30AM - 5:00PM, Monday through Friday. Applicants who can start immediately are highly desired.
DUTIES INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO:
- Filling substitute teacher requests by taking school orders and identifying matching teachers in the employee pool
- Calling clients to build relationships and to stimulate demand
- Entering and maintaining client records, staff records, and job orders
- Assisting with miscellaneous office administration tasks
DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS / SKILLS
- AA Degree or higher
- Previous customer service experience is a plus
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Excellent telephone and customer service skills
- Good computer skills and working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
- Ability to handle a fast-paced environment and work well under pressure
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize competing demands
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $21.00 per hour
