What You’ll Do:

Prepare and serve nutritious meals and snacks for children and staff each day

Follow established menus, portion guidelines, and allergy-safe food procedures

Maintain a clean, organized, and fully sanitary kitchen that meets all state and licensing standards

Track inventory, manage supply orders, and minimize waste

Support special events with themed meals and family-friendly celebrations

Ensure proper food labeling, temperature checks, and safe storage

Partner with Center leadership and teachers to keep children safe and happy

What You Bring:

Experience as a cook or kitchen assistant in a childcare center, school, or commercial kitchen

Understanding of safe food handling and sanitation standards (ServSafe certification a plus)

Excellent organization, time management, and teamwork skills

A caring and reliable attitude—you love making a difference through food
