About the Role:

Responsibilities:

Oversee daily operations of the childcare center, ensuring a safe and stimulating environment.

Develop and implement age-appropriate curriculum that fosters creativity and learning.

Supervise and mentor staff, providing training and support to enhance their skills.

Communicate effectively with parents and guardians to build strong relationships.

Manage budgets, staffing, and compliance with state regulations and licensing.

Conduct regular assessments of children's progress and development.

Organize and participate in community outreach programs and events.

Ensure a positive and inclusive atmosphere for all children and families.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education or related field preferred.

Minimum of 3 years of experience in childcare or educational settings.

Strong understanding of child development and early childhood education principles.

Excellent leadership and team management skills.

CPR and First Aid certification required.

Effective communication and interpersonal skills with children and adults.

Passion for fostering a positive and nurturing environment for children.

Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed.
