Salary: $18 to $20 per hour Location: Elk Grove Schedule: Monday through Friday, No Weekends, Full Time Sign On Bonus: 250 after 90 days

The Learning Experience in Elk Grove is hiring a joyful and flexible Childcare Float Teacher to support classrooms across all age groups from infants to preschool. What You Will Do

Support multiple classrooms including infants, toddlers, twaddlers, preppers, and preschool Create warm, safe, and engaging environments that meet developmental needs for each age group Assist with daily routines including diapering, feeding, toileting, meals, transitions, and learning activities Engage children through play based learning and age appropriate activities Communicate positively and professionally with parents and staff Implement TLE’s award winning LEAP Curriculum Maintain clean, organized, and joyful classroom spaces

California Requirements

Must meet California Community Care Licensing requirements including a minimum of 12 ECE or Child Development units. Verification required prior to hire Infant and Toddler units preferred but not required Pyramid Plus or additional certifications are a plus

Experience in childcare, daycare, or early childhood education preferred Positive, dependable, and adaptable with strong teamwork skills Attentive to safety, detail, and the varying needs of each age group
