    Teachers for Tomorrow is hiring Substitute Teachers and Teacher Assistants to support preschool and daycare centers throughout the Twin Cities metro area.     Our substitutes help ensure children continue learning, playing, and growing when regular classroom staff are absent.

    What You'll Do

    • Support infants, toddlers, preschoolers, and pre-kindergarten students
    • Follow classroom schedules and lesson plans
    • Supervise children during learning activities, meals, playtime, and transitions
    • Create a safe, nurturing, and engaging environment
    • Support children's social, emotional, and developmental growth
    • Work collaboratively with center staff and leadership

    Requirements

    • High school diploma or GED
    • Reliable transportation
    • Willingness to travel up to 25 miles for assignments
    • Ability to lift up to 30 pounds
    • Ability to pass required DHS background study requirements
    • DHS Rule 3 qualifications preferred but not required
