Are you an experienced and organized leader who is passionate about early childhood education? Wise Little Owls is seeking a Program Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our Spanish immersion care and after-school program. Hours: 12:30 p.m. - 6:30 p.m. Key Responsibilities

Oversee the daily operations of the program

Monitor staff and student attendance

Ensure classrooms are staffed before students arrive and stocked with supplies and snacks

Support and supervise staff, including mentoring, feedback, and onboarding

Coordinate with specialty class providers and ensure smooth delivery

Ensure all program policies and safety protocols are followed

Maintain professional communication with families and school partners

Serve as the primary point of contact and uphold a positive office environment

Requirements

Minimum of 2 years’ experience in early childhood education or program leadership

Strong organizational and communication skills

Bilingual in Spanish

Must meet local licensing and background check requirements
