About the Role
We partner with 120+ licensed childcare centers that depend on our team to maintain safe, structured classrooms during staff absences. You’ll step in to support, engage, and ensure children have a positive experience each day.

Schedule

• Weekdays between 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
• Part-time or full-time (24+ hours/week or more)

Responsibilities

• Assist with classroom activities and routines
• Supervise children (infant–preschool)
• Maintain a safe and positive environment
• Follow direction from center staff
• Adapt to different classroom settings

Qualifications

• 18+ years old
• Experience with children preferred, not required
• Background in caregiving, education, customer service, or healthcare is a plus
• Dependable and professional
• Reliable transportation
