Searching for FULL & PART TIME CHILDCARE TEACHER ASSISTANTS

Seeking candidates that enjoy working with young children between the ages of 3 mos-5 years of age. The idea Teacher Assistant must be flexible, creative, patient, reliable, self-driven, punctual, and coachable.

Responsibilities

Assist young children with their hygiene, feeding, dressing and educational activities.

Actively assist with supervision of indoor/outdoor activities.

Creatively motivate and encourage children to be and do their best.

Interact with students to address their concerns.

Assist with preparing learning materials.

Assist with maintaining a fun, interactives, clean, well-organized, inviting environment.

Read to and with children daily, assist with teaching songs, nursery rhymes, finger play, drawing, painting, simple crafts and STEM activities.

Assist with daily cleaning, sanitizing and disinfecting, toys, equipment and high touch areas within the environment.

Assist with serving meals and snacks and housekeeping duties that follow.

Qualifications/Requirements

High School Diploma or Equivalent

CDA Preferred or willing to obtain

First Aide/CPR Certified

Negative TB Test Results

Must be able to pass a comprehensive fingerprint-background check CLEARANCE REQUIREMENT.
