About the Role:

Join Rising Starz Child Care Center as a Preschool Teacher, where you will inspire and nurture young minds in a vibrant learning environment. We are dedicated to providing high-quality early childhood education that fosters creativity and curiosity.

We are currently hiring for all positions( Infant, Toddler, Preschool, and PreK ) as we are set to open in June of 2025.

Schedules: Monday - Friday 7:00am - 4:30pm Monday - Friday 8:30am - 6:00pm

Responsibilities:

Develop and implement engaging lesson plans tailored to preschool-aged children.

Foster a positive and inclusive classroom atmosphere that promotes social and emotional growth.

Conduct regular assessments to track children's progress and adapt teaching strategies accordingly.

Encourage play-based learning to enhance cognitive and physical development.

Communicate effectively with parents about their child's development and classroom activities.

Maintain a safe, clean, and organized classroom environment.

Collaborate with fellow educators to create a cohesive educational experience.

Participate in ongoing professional development and training opportunities.

Requirements:

High school diploma

Must be 18Yo+

Previous experience working with preschool-aged children in an educational setting.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Passion for early childhood development and education.

Ability to create a nurturing and stimulating learning environment.

Background check clearance required.
