A Sense of Autism is looking for caring, motivated individuals who enjoy working with children to join our growing team. This position is ideal for candidates with experience in childcare, daycare, babysitting, teaching assistance, or those simply passionate about helping children grow and succeed.

No prior ABA experience is required. We provide paid training and ongoing support.

Who Should Apply

Job Responsibilities

Work one-on-one with children with autism under the supervision of a BCBA

Implement individualized behavior programs during therapy sessions

Support skill development in communication, social skills, and daily living

Collect simple data and follow therapy plans

Maintain a positive, safe, and supportive environment for children

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent required

Must be at least 18 years old

Reliable transportation

Ability to pass background checks

Compassion, patience, and willingness to learn

RBT certification is a plus, but not required. We provide support for BTs pursuing RBT certification.
