Responsibilities
•
Duties of the BHA II include providing support to our managers and employees, assisting in daily office needs and managing our company’s general administrative activities.
•
Answer and direct phone calls
•
Organize and schedule appointments.
•
Write and distribute email, correspondence memos, letters, faxes and forms.
•
Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports.
•
Maintain office policies and procedures.
•
Complete vitals on patients that come in office.
•
Provide general support to visitors.
•
Act as the point of contact for internal and external clients
•
Work closely with the finance, billing, and credentialing team
Must be able to relieve therapist with clients during lunch periods, breaks and emergency situations.
Must have experience working with behavioral health.
Must have experience and the ability to work with children.
Bi-Lingual Spanish is a plus

We are looking for a responsible Behavioral Health Associate II (BHA II) to perform a variety of clerical and administrative tasks. Duties of the BHA II include providing support to our managers and employees, assisting in daily office needs and managing our company’s general administrative activities. The ideal candidate should have excellent oral and written communication skills and be able to organize their work using tools, like MS Excel and office equipment.
